Wash & Fold Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What items are suitable for Wash & Fold service?
A: Common and daily laundry items that can be machine washed and tumble dried. Some popular items include t-shirts, trousers, shorts and undergarments. Items that are not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying, such as dry-clean only laundry or bath mats, or any shoes.
Q: What does our wash and fold service consist of?
A: Includes pick up, wash (detergent and softener included), dry, fold (No ironing). We will return your clean laundry neatly folded in a clean laundry bag at the same pick up address
Q: How do you charge for your Wash & Fold Service?
A: Our laundry services are provided and charged on a per-bag basis. It will be a fixed bag size holding up to 12 kg of laundry. Prices start from $50 and will vary according to delivery location. See our price list here.
Q: How will my items be cleaned?
A: All laundry will be individually washed on a per-bag basis. Each bag will undergo a 35-min cold wash cycle and a 30-min drying cycle. Detergent and softener are provided for all washes.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: Payment for our Wash & Fold service can be made through bank transfer, paynow or cash.

A: Yes! We are open 24 hours, everyday. Rain or shine. (There is no pause on dirty laundry)
Q: Do I need to bring my own detergent and softner?
A: Nope. Not at all! All our washers have detergent AND softener auto-injected into the washer for you.
Q: I’m bringing a load of laundry to your store. Is parking available?
A: Parking is available right at our doorstep, so you can conveniently haul all your laundry up and start washing right away!
